We currently offer Local delivery within London Monday - Sunday
Pick up available Monday - Sunday
Postal Order: Please note, due to the busy period with the courier company, delivery can take up to 48hrs from the time it is dispatched.

We currently deliver on Tuesday & Friday between 8:00 AM - 6PM for postal orders.

For Tuesday delivery, please place your order by 5pm on Sunday.

For Friday delivery, please place your order by 5pm on Wednesday.

Saturday delivery available for orders placed on Thursday or after cut off time on Wednesday at extra cost, please select Saturday delivery at checkout.

We do not deliver on public holidays or the day after a public holiday.

All our food are hand made fresh without any preservative, cooled down quickly to maintain food quality including flavour, texture, colour, aroma and nutrients.
Dispatched the same day for delivery within 24* hours or less.
Please note delivery can take up to 48 hours during busy period

No minimum order.

Our meals are packed in recyclable cardboard boxes or BPA-free food grade resealable pouches. Our pouches are heat sealed to avoid spillages during transit, safe and convenient to store. Your order will arrive in insulated packaging with gel ice that will keep your food in fridge temperature during transit and after delivery.

Delivery starts from £3.99 depending on weight.
Saturday Delivery starts from £12.99

We have been awarded a 5* rating by the FSA (Food Standards Agency) at our last inspection. We also have a Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene qualification and we comply with food hygiene and Health & Safety training requirements.

Yes we are, we have full Public Liability & Professional Indemnity insurance.

We recommend removing the food from the box and putting it in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible after delivery. If you are not going to be around when your order arrives, please let us know so we can advise our courier to leave the order in a safe place at your address.
If you are not home when your order arrives, the courier will either leave your order in a safe place, leave your order with a neighbour and leave you a card, or return the order to their depot for collection.
Please note that we will deem your order fulfilled in any of these scenarios.
